  • What are custom shrimp boxes?

Custom shrimp boxes are made-to-order printed cartons or corrugated outer cases for sealed shrimp products. They can be configured for retail packs, food-service quantities, warehouse storage, or bulk distribution. The box dimensions, structure, board, printing, finish, and case count are selected around the final packed product and its handling conditions.
  • Are these boxes primary or secondary seafood packaging?

The box should be treated as secondary or transport packaging unless the exact direct-contact construction has been verified. Secondary packaging holds a sealed pouch, tray, bag, or tub. Direct food contact requires confirmation of the material, coating, adhesive, ink placement, intended use, temperature range, jurisdiction, and supporting documentation.
  • Which material is suitable for frozen shrimp packaging?

The choice depends on the sealed primary pack, total weight, stacking requirements, condensation exposure, and distribution method. Printable paperboard may suit lightweight retail units, while corrugated board may be more appropriate for heavier case quantities. Any coating, liner, or barrier must be selected and documented for the intended conditions.
  • Can the boxes be made to custom dimensions?

Yes. Provide the length, width, and depth of the final filled and sealed pack, plus the filled weight, required units per carton, orientation, clearance, and insert needs. Measuring the final pack helps avoid excessive movement, pressure on seals, or unnecessary carton volume.
  • Can I add my logo and required product information?

The carton can be designed with branding, product identification, storage instructions, net weight, barcode, lot details, and other buyer-supplied information. Submit approved artwork and identify all mandatory panels. The buyer remains responsible for confirming the legal accuracy and placement of regulated product statements.
  • What information is needed for a quote?

Provide the packed dimensions, filled weight, units per carton, total order quantity, preferred structure, storage conditions, condensation exposure, printing colors, finishing requirements, artwork status, delivery destination, and any compliance documents the project requires. These details allow the quote to reflect the actual configuration.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?

Low MOQs are available. The exact minimum can vary according to the size, structure, material, printing, finish, and production method. Submit the required quantity through the quote form to confirm feasibility and pricing. Do not publish a fixed numerical MOQ until it has been verified by the sales team.
  • How long does production and delivery take?

Standard turnaround is 12 to 14 business days. Express turnaround is 6 to 8 business days. Timing begins according to the approved quotation after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Complex structures, special materials, physical samples, unusually large orders, or delivery exceptions may require a separate written estimate.
  • Will I receive a proof before production?

A digital proof should be reviewed before production. Check the dimensions, dieline, text, barcode placement, colors, folds, glue areas, and required product information carefully. Physical sample availability, cost, and additional lead time must be confirmed separately before the order is approved.
  • Are recyclable or certified materials available?

Paper-based and reduced-plastic options may be available. Recycling outcomes depend on the complete construction, including coatings, laminations, window films, adhesives, contamination, and local facilities. Certified or recycled-content claims should be published only after the certificate, material, supplier, and scope have been confirmed.
