By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1- Shipping Locations
We currently ship across the United States, including:
- All 50 U.S. states
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
For large commercial shipments or special delivery requests, please contact our support team before placing your order.
2- Order Processing Time
All orders go through production review, quality inspection, and packaging preparation before shipment.
Processing Timeline
- 1–2 business days
- Monday through Friday
Daily Cut-Off Time
- 5:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time)
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
3- Production & Delivery Time
Because all packaging products are custom-made, delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- order quantity
- printing requirements
- packaging specifications
- shipping destination
Estimated Delivery Time
- 12–14 business days
- Monday through Friday
Please note that delays caused by holidays, severe weather, or shipping carriers are outside our direct control.
4- Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of all custom packaging orders. Carrier selection depends on shipment size, destination, and delivery requirements.
5- Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders within the United States.
Shipping costs, applicable discounts, and order details are confirmed during the quotation and order approval process.
6- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- shipment details
- tracking information
- estimated delivery updates
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment confirmation.
7- Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before production or shipping begins.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
8- Shipping Address Changes
Customers may request shipping address updates before an order is processed or dispatched.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipment has started.
9- Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue during delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
When reporting a shipping issue, please provide:
- your order number
- photos of damaged products or packaging
- a brief description of the issue
Our team will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund assistance where applicable.
