1. Cancellation Eligibility
- Standard Orders:
You can cancel within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been shipped. - Custom Orders:
Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once customization starts, the order becomes non-cancelable. - Non-Cancelable Orders:

3. Refund Process
- If order not shipped: Full refund issued.
- If order shipped:
You may refuse delivery (return to sender).
Refund will be processed after receiving the unopened package.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the cancellation is due to our error.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Processed within 7 business days after approval.
4. Custom Orders
- Before production: Eligible for full refund if canceled within 12 hours.
- After production starts: Non-refundable.
5. Shipping & Cancellations (USA Only)
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and others.
- Tracking Info: Sent via email once shipped.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
