Shipping Costs
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. These fees may vary based on the service selected.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Order processing and processing time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM, (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Processing time includes reviewing your order, quality control and packaging.

We strive to handle your shipments with speed and care, selecting the most suitable shipping company for your location to ensure quick and secure delivery of your orders.
All shipping costs, Product price, and Discount information will send to the customer with their return mail after successfully submitting the Request a quote.
- Couriers we use for shipping are FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, LaserShip/OnTrac, Spee-Dee Delivery, Lone Star Overnight (LSO), Eastern Connection, Pilot Freight Services, Postmates (Uber), Roadie, Uber Connect, Amazon Logistics depending on customers location.
- Your delivery method is chosen based on the value of your total order and location.
- Delivery cost: We offer Free delivery for all orders.
- Standard delivery time: 12 to 14 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Express delivery time: 6 to 8 business days (Mon-Fri). customers will bear the express delivery charge. The express delivery cost may vary based on the delivery method choosen and customers location.
Order/shipping tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you experience any delays or issues with your order, please contact us at [email protected] for prompt assistance.
Order cancellation:
