1. Cancellation Eligibility
Standard Orders
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Custom Orders
❌ Cannot be canceled once production has begun (e.g., personalized engravings, custom Damascus steel designs). Contact us immediately at
[email protected] if you wish to cancel a custom order.
Non-Cancelable Orders
- Orders that have already been shipped.
- Custom/personalized items in production.
2. How to Cancel an Order

- Refund Processing – If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days (Monday to Friday) (depending on your bank).
3. What Happens After Cancellation?
- If your order hasn’t shipped: We’ll cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
- If your order is already shipped:
- You may refuse the delivery (return to sender).
- Once we receive the unopened package, we’ll process your refund.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the cancellation is due to our error.
4. Custom Order Cancellations
- Before production: Full refund if canceled within 12 hours.
- During/after production: Non-refundable. You will receive updates on your order’s progress to avoid surprises.
