All orders are shipped directly from our facility located at 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 10013, Austin, Texas 78731, United States.

2. Do you ship to all U.S. states?

Yes! We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Our cutoff time is 5:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

4. What shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with top couriers, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, LaserShip/OnTrac, Spee-Dee Delivery, Lone Star Overnight (LSO), Eastern Connection, Pilot Freight Services, Postmates (Uber), Roadie, Uber Connect, and Amazon Logistics.

5. What are the delivery timeframes?

Standard delivery takes 12–14 business days (free shipping), while express delivery takes 6–8 business days (additional charges apply).

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.

7. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

No, all prices listed are Excluding VAT (Value Added Tax).

Gift cards, sale items, and personalized/custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

15. How long do refunds take?
