Order Cancellation Policy

At Ideal Custom Boxes, we value your business and aim to keep our process simple and transparent. Please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Standard Orders:
    You can cancel within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • Custom Orders:
    Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once customization starts, the order becomes non-cancelable.
  • Non-Cancelable Orders:
    • Orders already shipped

    • Custom/personalized items once in production

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for cancellation

We will confirm your request within 12 hours.

3. Refund Process

  • If order not shipped: Full refund issued.
  • If order shipped:
    • You may refuse delivery (return to sender).

    • Refund will be processed after receiving the unopened package.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the cancellation is due to our error.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Processed within 7 business days after approval.

4. Custom Orders

  • Before production: Eligible for full refund if canceled within 12 hours.
  • After production starts: Non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Cancellations (USA Only)

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and others.
  • Tracking Info: Sent via email once shipped.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
