We ship directly from our facility at:
5900 Balcones Drive STE 10013, Austin, Texas, 78731, United States.
2. Do you ship to all U.S. states?
Yes! We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Our cutoff time is 5:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
4. What shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with top couriers, including:
FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, LaserShip/OnTrac, Spee-Dee Delivery, Lone Star Overnight (LSO), Eastern Connection, Pilot Freight Services, Postmates (Uber), Roadie, Uber Connect, and Amazon Logistics.
